Pakrumi Terms and Conditions – Rules, Rights & Fair Play Policy

Welcome to Pakrumi. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Pakrumi website at pakrumi.net and all services, games and features offered through it. Pakrumi is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated specifically for Pakistani players, running entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

These Terms apply to every person who accesses the Pakrumi platform, whether as a registered member or a visitor. The term "you" or "player" refers to any individual accessing or using Pakrumi services. The term "we", "us" or "Pakrumi" refers to the platform operator.

By registering an account on Pakrumi, depositing funds, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. If any part of these Terms is unclear to you, please contact our support team before proceeding. We have written these Terms as plainly as possible so Pakistani players can understand exactly where they stand — no legal jargon designed to confuse.

To register and use Pakrumi, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Pakrumi strictly prohibits gambling by minors. We carry out age verification checks and will suspend any account where we have reason to believe the holder is under 18.
• You must be a natural person — companies, organisations and automated systems may not hold player accounts.
• You must be accessing Pakrumi from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be self-excluded from Pakrumi or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion agreement that remains active.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or close family member of a Pakrumi employee or partner organisation in a role that could constitute a conflict of interest.
• You must register under your own true identity. Registering on behalf of another person is not permitted.

Pakrumi reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account restriction or closure and the return of any un-wagered deposit balance.

Each player may hold one account only on Pakrumi. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Your account credentials — username and password — are your personal responsibility. You must keep them confidential and must not share them with any other person. Pakrumi will never ask for your password via email, SMS or chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately and change your password.

• One account per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Account information must be truthful — false registration data will result in account closure.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account while logged in.
• Pakrumi may require additional verification (KYC) at any point, particularly before processing withdrawals.
• Accounts that remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of Rs 200 per month, deducted from any remaining balance, before eventual closure.

All transactions on Pakrumi are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversions, no hidden exchange rates and no foreign transaction fees. What you deposit is what appears in your account balance.

Deposits are accepted via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Pakrumi balance in real time for mobile wallet methods and typically within a few minutes for bank transfers.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as part of our anti-money-laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Pakrumi charges no withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: typically 5–15 minutes.
• NayaPay / SadaPay: typically 15–30 minutes.
• Bank IBFT: same business day if requested before 4:00 PM PKT, otherwise next business day.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on your card issuer.

Pakrumi reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal, in line with our anti-money-laundering policy. Withdrawals that cannot be verified within 7 days may be returned to the player's account balance pending resolution.

Pakrumi offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, reload bonuses and loyalty rewards. Each promotion carries its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page and communicated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence for matters relating to that promotion only.

The following general bonus conditions apply to all Pakrumi promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only — one bonus per player, per household, per IP address per qualifying promotion unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states a different figure.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any unmet wagering requirements and associated bonus funds will expire at the end of this window.
• Pakrumi reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it is claimed and to modify ongoing promotion terms with reasonable notice.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers — including using multiple accounts, coordinated wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics, or any other strategy that Pakrumi determines to be bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potentially in account closure.
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between players.

All bets placed on Pakrumi — across sports betting, casino games, crash games and all other categories — are subject to the following general rules. Game-specific rules are published within each individual game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Pakrumi does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and markets. These are displayed within the relevant game or market interface.
• In sports betting, odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds that apply to your bet are those displayed at the exact moment your bet is confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds or game results being displayed, Pakrumi reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Suspicious betting patterns — including but not limited to arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, deliberate exploitation of pricing errors, or match-fixing — will result in bet voiding and potential account closure.
• For live sports markets, bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined but before the market has been officially closed will be voided.
• All casino game results are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. RNG decisions are final and cannot be challenged.

Pakrumi's sports data and odds are sourced from reputable global providers. In cases of data error from a third-party provider, Pakrumi will rely on official competition results to settle all affected bets.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on Pakrumi. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, forfeiture of balances where applicable, and potentially reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on Pakrumi under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment instruments to fund your account.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other artificial means to interact with Pakrumi games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, bugs or technical errors on the Pakrumi platform.
• Using the Pakrumi platform for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with or allowing any other person to use your Pakrumi account.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Pakrumi staff or other players through any channel.
• Accessing Pakrumi in violation of any applicable local law or regulation.

Pakrumi reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion. Common reasons for account action include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to pass identity verification, or a player's voluntary self-exclusion request.

When an account is closed for reasons attributable to the player (such as Terms violations), any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Confirmed real-money deposits that have not been used to fund prohibited activity will be returned to the player via the original payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks.

Players may also close their own Pakrumi account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests are processed within 2 business days. If you have an active bonus with wagering requirements in progress at the time of closure, those bonus funds will be forfeited and only your real-money balance will be returned.

• Suspended accounts remain under investigation — funds are held during this period and released upon resolution.
• Players who believe their account was suspended in error may appeal in writing to support@pakrumi.net.
• Pakrumi will respond to account closure appeals within 5 business days with a clear explanation of the decision.

Pakrumi is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all its players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable, recreational activity — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. We take our responsibilities in this area seriously and have built a suite of tools to help players maintain control of their gambling.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Pakrumi members free of charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit. Once set, limits can only be reduced immediately — increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic reminders when you have been actively playing for a defined period, and optionally have the system log you out after that period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period. Once a loss limit is reached, your betting access is suspended until the limit resets.
• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from Pakrumi for a defined period (24 hours to 6 months) during which you cannot log in or access your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from Pakrumi. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

All content on the Pakrumi platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, interface, graphics, game content, promotional materials and written text — is the intellectual property of Pakrumi or its licenced partners. This content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Pakrumi platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any content from Pakrumi without prior written permission.
• Use the Pakrumi name, logo or branding in any context without authorisation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Pakrumi software or platform.
• Create derivative works based on Pakrumi content or game systems.

Any unauthorised use of Pakrumi intellectual property will be pursued through appropriate legal channels.

Pakrumi provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, accurate and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that all information displayed on the platform will be free from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pakrumi's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time of the relevant incident. Pakrumi will not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Losses arising from technical failures outside Pakrumi's reasonable control, including third-party payment provider outages or internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
• Decisions made by players in reliance on information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves inaccurate due to a data feed error.
• Any losses arising from a player's own failure to keep account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Pakrumi's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited.

Pakrumi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Pakrumi platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact us to arrange closure of your account and return of any eligible balance.

The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Pakrumi operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.

In the event of a dispute between a player and Pakrumi, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@pakrumi.net. We aim to resolve all player complaints within 5 business days. Our complaints procedure is as follows:

• Step 1: Submit your complaint in writing to support@pakrumi.net with your account username, a description of the issue, and any supporting evidence.
• Step 2: Our player services team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 5 business days.
• Step 3: If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution, you may escalate to our senior complaints officer, whose contact details will be provided in the Step 2 response.

We take every complaint seriously and are committed to providing a fair, transparent resolution process. Pakrumi's decisions on factual gaming matters — including RNG outcomes and bet settlement — are final once independently verified.
